As the founder and CEO of Qnovate, Deepak spends his time managing the product portfolio, reshaping the scaling strategy and driving the company’s culture forward. Deepak has worked in enterprise applications and software space for more than 25 years. He has been involved with business advisory, software selection and deployment of enterprise applications like ERP, CRM and Data solutions for large enterprises in diverse industries like consumer goods, energy, manufacturing, chemicals, industrial machinery and public sector. Deepak is involved with various charitable initiatives specially around education for needy. In spare time Deepak spends time with adventure sports, travel, reading and learning about other cultures.

As Chief Growth Officer for Qnovate’s APAC and Europe regions, Sudeep is a visionary architect of growth, steering the company toward new horizons with bold strategies, transformative partnerships, and a relentless focus on positioning Qnovate as a global leader in AI-driven enterprise solutions. With a distinguished 20-year career in technology, Sudeep has held pivotal leadership roles at SAP, Salesforce, and Tata Group, where he orchestrated the scaling of businesses across the Indian subcontinent with remarkable precision. His mastery of enterprise software, cloud computing, and digital transformation has empowered organizations in industries ranging from manufacturing to public services, reshaping how they navigate the complexities of the modern economy. Beyond the boardroom, Sudeep is deeply committed to social impact, mentoring emerging talent and championing initiatives that expand access to technology education. In quieter moments, he finds balance and inspiration on the running trails, engaging in spirited outdoor sports, or delving into thought-provoking books that fuel his curiosity about the world.

Dan has been with Qnovate for over 8.5 years leading Business Development, Sales and Alliances/Channels; having successfully built thriving partnerships with SAP, Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Tricentis and Creatio. Dan has held various leadership roles in Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing and Business Development over his 20+ years in Enterprise Technology & Solutions including over a decade with SAP. Dan is based near Philadelphia and enjoys the outdoors, hiking with his dog and being active in the gym.

John Heald decided to set up join Qnovate after a 25 year career at SAP, holding a wide variety of roles, always focused on delivering customer value in the realm of Customer Experience. Before this John had a career in sales and marketing at Henkel, a key consumer products organization, supporting their growth in the UK. During his tenure at SAP, John went from working within the learning team, ensuring a depth of product knowledge, and customer/consulting use cases, to extend his industry and geographical understanding and relevance. This helped as a EMEA and then Global advisor for driving product direction and aligning it with customer needs and the market dynamics. Leading a group of global experts and several major solution releases, finalizing with major technology launch that delivered above market and internal expectations with first 2 years.

Soumitra Bhat leads Qnovate’s business in continental Europe. Based in the Netherlands, Soumitra brings more than two decades of experience as a business development, product management and solution consulting leader at companies like Microsoft and Salesforce. He has helped organisations across financial services, manufacturing, public sector and retail adopt cloud, SaaS, CRM and AI for customer-centric business transformation. Soumitra is passionate about design-led innovation and is a volunteer business coach helping refugees rebuild their lives through entrepreneurship. He likes to connect with people around wildlife, music, films, badminton and languages.

Mandeep Pangali (General Manager for EMEA), is responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence across the region. With over 20+ years of experience in supporting customer in enterprise technology selection, process optimisation and digital tansformations Mandeep has a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs for leading global organizations. He is recognized for his strategic leadership, domain expertise, and results-oriented approach to enabling business performance through technology. In his role, Mandeep oversees Qnovate’s regional business operations, fosters strong client partnerships, and ensures the successful execution of large, complex initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mandeep is committed to continuous learning and enjoys training in martial arts, with a keen interest in innovation and global trends.

Pratik Joshi is the Practice Director – Customer Experience (CX) for North America, bringing over 16 years of experience across CX and CRM initiatives spanning multiple industries. He has successfully led and delivered more than 20 large-scale CRM implementations for enterprise and global organizations, enabling measurable improvements in customer engagement and operational efficiency. Pratik holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and is known for his strategic yet hands-on expertise across the CRM lifecycle, from solution design to execution and optimization. As CX Practice lead for North America, he drives innovation, best practices, and scalable CX strategies aligned with business outcomes. Outside of work, he is an avid reader focused on self-help and non-fiction.

Abhishek Shukla is the Practice Director for the Asia Pacific region at Qnovate, bringing over a decade of experience across IT strategy, pre-sales, and delivery excellence in diverse industries. A dynamic and forward-thinking leader, he has driven practice growth, shaped solution roadmaps, and strengthened client relationships by aligning business objectives with scalable technology outcomes. Abhishek’s leadership empowers high-performing teams to deliver value-driven implementations and measurable business impact. As head of the APAC Practice, he champions innovation, operational excellence, and client-centric strategies that support sustainable success across the region. Outside of work, he is committed to continuous learning and stays actively engaged with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Andrew brings over five years of deep experience in enterprise architecture, SAP-led digital transformation, and application portfolio management, with a strong track record of helping global organizations modernize their IT landscapes and deliver value-focused transformation outcomes.
Andrew’s background spans project management, innovation strategy, and consultative solutioning, enabling him to bridge business and IT. He has represented enterprise customers at key forums like the SAP Transformation Excellence Summit, showcasing how architecture-led thinking can fuel smarter decisions.
At Qnovate, Andrew leads the SAP Business Transformation Management presales efforts, guiding customers through discovery, solution design, and architecture-led enablement across the SAP ecosystem.

Amit is a global business and technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation for global enterprises. As VP – Digital, he is responsible for enabling Qnovate’s customers to adopt digital transformation through industry best practices, AI-driven solutions, and globally distributed delivery models. Amit brings deep expertise in enterprise e-commerce, with a strong focus on B2B self-service portals, marketplaces, and complex digital ecosystems. He has successfully led multi-million-dollar digital programs that deliver measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Prior to joining Qnovate, Amit led the India capability center at VML (WPP) with over 500 professionals, delivering high-impact digital commerce programs for leading global brands including Unilever and L’Oréal, while building high-performing, cross-cultural teams across geographies.
